What is Fit For All?

 

Fit For All is a personal training and nutrition coaching provider focused on personalized training programs and actionable nutrition education.

Menya Hinga, Head Trainer at Fit For All, is also the Co-founder and Director of Operations at SOGO Fitness, a non-profit fitness empowerment platform based in Tokyo, as well as an experienced strength coach, personal trainer, and Animal Flow instructor with a passion for movement. Having always been an advocate of healthy lifestyle choices, Menya created Fit For All to provide a place for likeminded wellness specialists to share their knowledge and experience with Tokyo locals and expats alike. So whether you’re interested in developing new eating habits or finally reaching your fitness goals, we’re here to help.

Training programs are always varied but challenging and a number of training methods are used in order to reach clients’ specific goals. With the right support becoming fit is fun, easy, and incredibly rewarding.

Phylosophy

“Get in There”

The Fit For All philosophy consists of three simple words: GET IN THERE. It doesn’t matter where or when; What matters is that it gets done. Raleigh Werner, in his blog titled ”Getting In There”, fully defines the mantra. Below are several excerpts:

Essentially, to adopt GIT, you have to promise yourself that you’re going to live hard, and everything you do will be with purpose…

If you find yourself wasting time, figure out what would make you happy and get in there. If you’re dying to play some soccer, GET IN THERE and ask some people you’ve never met to play a pick-up game. You can’t stop thinking about that hottie from class? GET IN THERE and just introduce yourself. Take that bull of a project that your boss gave you by the horns and just GET IN THERE. Anything works as long as you’re bettering yourself. As long as you’re not pursuing any kind of destructive behavior, getting in there can be a physical, economical, social or any “-al” experience.

Challenge yourself to look back and say that every moment you had control over had a positive purpose. You finished your first week of a new diet? You’re getting in there. You started your own business because you were ready to show the world that you had something to offer? You’re getting in there…

It’s simple.

Getting in shape is safe and easy with a trainer. We take the stress out of exercise so that you can focus on you.

Do you? Have you assessed your own fitness? Do you know your BMI, BMR, body composition, resting heart rate, and blood pressure? Have you set a goal and mapped out how to get there including training style, intensity, frequency, and duration? If you do, working with a trainer could be just the push you’ve been looking for.
